From:Mr.E.B Fasheyiky London,U.K Greetings to you. I am Mr.E.B Fasheyiky and though I reside in the U.K, I am actually a citizen of U.A.E. I am the heir apparent to a family business with its "roots" in Dubai, U.A.E. The importance of my position in my family mandated that I be sent to study for a degree in the U.K. At the conclusion of my degree programme, my family decided to open the first European branch of the company in the U.K and I was put in-charge to run it. This was of course a good beginning for me. At present, we are at the end of another trading year and our auditors have once again brought it to our attention, that the tax rates applicable to our company due to the fact that we the owners are not british is gradually "killing" our business. Unlike the last time I was alerted, I have this time, taken a critical overview of the records from "day one" and the auditors seem very correct. This situation when related to my father has really been disturbing. After much "brain storming", my father has decided to close the UK branch. He has directed that we salvage what is left of our investment and concentrate our efforts on Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Now, you must wonder why I have contacted you! I am contacting you
now After the agreement between you and I has been submitted to my bankers,
I If you are willing to assist, please respond to this message and bear in mind that your confidentiality is required because if this arrangement fails,I will probably loose everything I own in the U.K For your assistance, there is a reward. This will be discussed as soon as I get a response from you. Feel free to reach me by email.I will be awaiting your response anxiously. Thank you in view of your anticipated urgent cooperation. Yours Faithfully, Mr.E.B Fasheyiky |

Dear Simon, Thank you very much for your interest and prompt response to my email. It is most appreciated.sorry for the late response to your mail. Basically, there isn't much to this as the money being transferred all belongs to my company where I'm the M.D. As a result of the killing taxes based on circumstances beyond one's control, we have to shut down the U.K part of the business. I saw this as a way to have something for myself and anyone who will be willing to assist. All you will be required to do is to set up an agreement which will reflect that you (your company), is to supply services or goods to the tune of $18.5 in my company's favour. If you cannot set this agreement up on your own, I will send you a specimen copy of the Export Advance Agreement. This will guide you, then you can make necessary amendments where necessary based on the laws of your Country. Once I submit the agreement to my bankers and attention is being given, then you know we are at the verge of success. I will then file for bankruptcy after which the transfer process of the fund would have begun between my bankers and you for the goods and services supposedly supplied. The reason why this (Filing for bankruptcy) will not be a problem is because, the bankruptcy declaration will hasten the process of you getting paid the said amount. Hence, the goods have not yet been supplied so, they will need to confirm that the agreement signed by us holds and at the same time is confirm-able. This will quickly lead to them reconciling all accounts owned by us and making sure that all transactions by my company are resolved before the bankruptcy proper takes effect. I do not have any intentions of ever opening a business in the U.K again since this was an instruction from the HEAD office, its official. The most paramount thing now is for the agreement to be set up. I cannot receive calls at the moment till I acquire a mobile phone solely for this purpose because the available lines to me at the moment are existing company lines and the U.K has the most advanced technology to intercept voice calls if being monitored. I will be calling you from time to time from pay phones if necessary. Please provide your telephone and fax numbers, In order to enable me give you a clear verbal explanation where necessary. Looking forward to doing business with you my friend. Sincerely, Fasheyiky. |

My Dear Fasheyiky. Thanks for the email. It sounds very intriguing and a lot of fun. I
assume this is all legal and above board as I am a not very good when
it comes to legal stuff. But I do like making lots of money, please. |
